Our staff is here to assist you, and we are willing to go above and beyond to help you relocate to your new home in these challenging times.
Our office is currently open and prepared to show you all that The Lofts at Gateway Commons has to offer. We ask that all individuals entering the office wear a mask and maintain at least six feet of social distance. Our staff will tour you through the property and show you our model and vacant units. We will also assist in the application process and provide you the superior customer service that is the hallmark of our company.
We also understand that during these trying times, visiting the property in person might not be possible. If this is the case, just reach out to our staff, and we can set up a virtual tour with you that will make you feel like you are right there as we show you our beautiful community. We are adept at using technology to tour folks through the entire property, model and vacant units all while being in separate locations. We can then help you complete the application process online.
Rest assured, our staff is doing everything possible to make your visit to our property as safe as possible. In addition to the above procedures, we are cleaning high-touch areas routinely throughout the day. We also offer online and over-the-phone payments to help perpetuate social distancing.
